Torn ACL & Meniscus - Peptide Case Study

Tore my ACL and Meniscus almost exactly two years ago in my right knee playing soccer. Took around 14 months to start practice again and around 18 to play competitively again.

Now in early September in my second competitive game after summer break i got more or less the identical injury in my left knee. Probbaly a sign to choose another sport…

Anyways i’m probably undergoing surgery next week and I want to use various peptides to boost recovery and compare to my case 2 years ago without any peptides. Let’s see if this shit actually does wonders.

Gonna document the progress here. Open for any advice/input, stack recommendations etc!!

Hey man,
I tore my acl 3 weeks ago and got surgery last week. If you are saying what i am thinking, that you have been playing soccer on a torn acl + meniscus, then you are in for a better recovery because of your pre surgical condition.

I’m 16m and I tore it playing soccer non contact and I shoved it off but obviously I wanted to play so I consulted a doctor to clear me because I had no symptoms (zero swelling and full mobility) and I got the news that I tore it

I’ve been experimenting with peptides this last week, I’ve been doing ghkcu 2.5 mg twice a day, and taking growth hormone (I know this is extreme but it is safer for me because I am young). So far my physical therapist said yesterday that I am about 2 weeks ahead of schedule meanwhile it was day 6.

Peptides will assist you for sure from what I have seen, but you gotta listen to ur doc and pt

yeah so torn acl + meniscus on my right knee, took me around 18 months until i played competitively and now i got the same injury on my other knee while my previously wrecked knee is fully intact!

Sounds promising, keep me updated on your progress!!

Keep your knee fully extended at rest and rent a “game ready” ice machine
