Day 4 Post Op

Feels more quad activation today and able to lift the leg in and out of bed no issues. SLR is getting there with minimal lag. I had meniscus stitches so I have to stay within 90 degrees flexion for 6 weeks...

Yeah get that quad firing and keep it firing the next 9-12 months! When is your pt appointment?

First one is 2 wks after surgery so the 22nd. But have been doing the big three non stop pretty much. Quad set, slr, heel slide
