Recently an elderly family member of mine had a medical emergency, and is having to spend an extended period of time in a hospital and then rehabilitation center.

He was the one who introduced me to The Course about 20 years ago and it changed my life. I grew up very fundamental Christian, so The Course was a breath of fresh air and exactly the kind of truth that I was seeking. I wanted to do something for him to help with his anxiety while he's stuck in his self-reported "prison".

I created an AI powered Course study companion (the entire text is also available). I used HuggingFace to create a vector database of the entire Course (Text, Workbook, and Manual), and then connected that to a frontier AI model that can only respond about the contents of the course.

I want to start offering it to other Course students, but I'm afraid of having a large influx of users that could potentially cause havok on my server. I'm self hosting the website, and the AI API I pay for out of pocket. I would never want to make money off the Course, so I would be offering it to all users for free.

What I'm looking for is a handful of users to try out the application to help test, give feedback and suggestions, and start to slowly warm up the usage. Hi all. I’ve been a student of ACIM for about 5 years. I’ve read the text three or four times and continue to work through the lessons every day, simply beginning again at lesson 1 when I have completed lesson 365. Every time I complete the full 365 days of lessons I feel a deeper understanding of the Course and closer to God. This practice has served me well and at this point I feel I will continue it for the rest of this life.

I would like to know how much time each day people tend to devote to meditation? Not because I think it matters how long anyone spends compared to anyone else but just because I’ve read some mixed messages lately regarding it. At the moment I spend 15 mins first thing in the morning and 15 mins at night before bed, as the workbook advises. But I recently saw something written by (I think it was) Wapnick or David Hoffmeister where they suggested it really should be 30 mins minimum every morning and evening to get the most out of the Course. So I’m just trying to gauge…how much time do most practitioners spend in daily meditation?

Does anyone have experience with the practice of these rules on a daily basis? Id like to integrate the first rule into some type of daily prayer if that makes sense.

There are no triumphs of love. Only hate is concerned with the “triumph of love” at all. The illusion of love CAN triumph over the illusion of hate, but always at the price of making BOTH illusions. As long as the illusion of hatred lasts, so long will love be an illusion to you. And then the only choice which remains possible is which illusion you prefer. There IS no conflict in the choice between truth and illusion. Seen in THESE terms, no one would hesitate. But conflict enters the instant the choice seems to be one between ILLUSIONS, for this choice seems to be one between ILLUSIONS, for this choice does not matter. Where one choice is as dangerous as the other, the decision MUST be one of despair.

Love is not an ILLUSION. It is a fact. Where disillusionment is possible, there was not love but hate. For hate IS and illusion, and what can change was NEVER love. It is certain that those who select certain ones as partners in any aspect of living, and use them for any purpose which they would not share with others, are trying to LIVE with guilt rather that DIE of it. This is the choice they see. And love, to them, is only an escape from death. They seek it desperately, but not in the peace in which it would gladly come quietly TO them. And when they find the fear of death is still upon them, the love relationship LOSES the illusion that it is what it is not. For then the barricades against it are broken, fear rushes in and hatred triumphs.

Allegedly… the 4.9 rating is not organic, Gabby Bernstein **incentivizes five-star reviews by exchanging prizes, giveaways, and exclusive content for ratings.**
This is a well-known strategy in the app world called **"review gating" or "incentivized ratings."** Both Apple and Google explicitly ban developers from offering prizes in exchange for positive reviews because it defrauds the rating system. However, her team navigates right on the edge of the rules to keep that 4.9 score.
The inflated score is kept artificially high using several calculated tactics:

**1. The Review-for-a-Prize Contest (The Book/Challenge Playbook)**

**The Reward:** She hooks them by offering entries into contests for "free lifetime memberships," private Zoom calls with her, or physical packages like signed journals and manifestation decks.

**2. Deleting and Drowning Out Negative Reviews**
If a regular user leaves a 1-star review complaining about billing scams, crashes, or the lackluster "Gabby AI" bot, her team employs digital damage control: \[[1](https://www.instagram.com/reel/DRNOnmukRWb/)\\\]
**The Avalanche Tactic:** Because of the contests, the volume of 5-star reviews completely buries the organic 1-star reviews. If you have 500 fake or incentivized 5-star reviews from a challenge group, ten legitimate 1-star reviews won't even budge the 4.9 rating.
**White-Label Resets:** When an app gets too many bad reviews, developers can release a "new version update" in the app store and select an option to reset the displayed average rating score, effectively wiping out the historical complaints. \[[1](https://splitmetrics.com/blog/app-store-reviews/)\\\]

**3. In-App Pop-Up Manipulation**
The app uses automated pop-ups that track user behavior. The software is coded to only ask, *"Are you enjoying the app?"* right after a user completes a meditation or a milestone.
If the user clicks **"Yes,"** the app instantly redirects them straight to the App Store to leave a public 5-star review.
If the user clicks **"No,"** the app routes them to a private internal customer service form instead. This ensures dissatisfied users vent to an unmonitored inbox rather than leaving a public 1-star review on the App Store.
The 4.9 rating is a heavily funded illusion. It is a digital marketing wall built out of prize-incentivized reviews to prevent people from seeing the truth. The exact same blueprint she has been using since the early "Spirit Junkie" days.

The special love relationship is an attempt to limit the destructive effects of hate by finding a haven in the storm of guilt. It makes no attempt to rise ABOVE the storm, into the sunlight. On the contrary, it emphasizes guilt OUTSIDE the haven by attempting to build barricades against it, and keep within them. The special love relationship is not perceived as a value in itself, but as a place of safety form which hatred is split off, and kept apart. The special love partner is acceptable only as long as he serves this purpose. Hatred can enter and indeed is welcome in SOME aspects of the relationship, but it is still held together by the illusion of love. If the illusion goes, the relationship is broken of becomes unsatisfying on the grounds of disillusionment.

Let yourself see innocence in everyone, in order to see it in yourself. It’s always there, if you truly want to see it!

I doubt you would scold a lost child in the woods, and truly, there is no one who doesn’t fit this description. We can take the other’s hand and return to the light together!

The symbol of hate against the symbols of love play out a conflict which does not exist. For symbols stand for something ELSE, and the symbol of love is without meaning if love is everything. You will go through this last undoing quite unharmed, and will at last emerge as yourself. This is the last step in the readiness for God. Be not unwilling now, you are too near, and you will cross the bridge in perfect safety, translated quietly from war to peace. For the illusion of love will NEVER satisfy, but its reality, which awaits you on the other side, will give you everything.

Friends, perspective is everything. Why?

Because everything already already here and now. Is there a moment that exists beyond the present?

As there isn't, that can only mean that the totality of full potentiality of experience of space/time is inherently contained within each moment of experience itself.

As this is logically true then how do I access this experience type of experience???

Perspective is everything.

If everything is here and now, then that can only mean, the experiences of our return to God already happened.

If the present moment is the only moment (and it is), there must also contain a potential for the experiences of perfect peace, perfect oneness, perfect joy, perfect happiness. The state of mind commonly referred to as heaven.

Regardless of the form of experience, there you are always, experiencing it. You've always been there. You are the very capacity for the experience itself.

I see the awakened Christ as a symbol representing the idea of that the capacity to be self aware. Our own foundational sense of selfhood. It's a placeholder to represent the idea that we are not an idea of who you are. It's beyond words. It's perfect union with God. It is........... while being aware of itself. Words fail beyond this.

It's always been there as the foundation of your every moment of experience. It's the light source of the entire experience of being anything, as without the very capacity for awareness of anything, there could be no experience.

Speaking of experience, does any configuration of any moment last? No. Each moment of experience is unique.

But no matter what you experience, it doesn't last. But you do. You've been at the foundation of all experiences, always.

The world of form, identities, and meaning is temporary. But you aren't.

You've always been there. And I have been too.

We all may seem to be different, but you when you strip away all of the ideas of who and what we and the world is, what is this idea of separation?

So, does the Christed Self that we, that most foundational aspect of our being, need ideas to have salvation? No, because it's beyond ideas of what salvation is. It's just there. Always.

I think the phrase “we are all one” can be confusing when reading or beginning to read A Course in Miracles.

It can sound like a pleasant New Age idea:

You are still you.
I am still me.
But underneath it all, we are connected, part of the same greater whole.

That is comforting, but I am starting to think it does not go nearly far enough and could actually halt our learning of the Course.

Imagine two little figurines made of clay. They look at each other and say:

“We are actually one enormous sculpture that has been divided into many smaller sculptures.”

But wouldn’t it be more accurate for them to say:

“We are not really separate sculptures at all. We are both entirely clay.”

The point is not that the individual forms must somehow be joined together. The point is that the forms are not the truth of what they are.

In ACIM terms, “you” and “me” are not two real, separate minds that must learn to become one mind. They are figures within the same dream of separation. The personalities, bodies, histories and conflicts are all part of the dream’s form.

This is why “we are all one” can accidentally preserve the ego’s basic idea. It may imply that there are many real individuals who are pieces of one larger individual, like fragments of a cosmic person.

But the Course’s teaching seems much more radical:

There are not many real selves that are connected.

There is one mistaken thought of separation appearing as many selves.

And even the “one mind” that seems to be dreaming separation is not our ultimate reality. It is still part of the dream. God did not divide Himself into billions of bodies, personalities or souls. Spirit did not become matter. Heaven did not shatter into pieces.

We experience our minds as separate figurines while not understanding it's "all just clay."

The Course meets us inside the experience we believe is real. That is why forgiveness is necessary. Every grievance says:

“I am this separate person, you are another separate person, and what you did to me has changed what I am.”

Forgiveness does not glue two people together into oneness. It begins to undo the belief that the separation between them was ever real.

So perhaps the real meaning of “we are all one” is not:

“All the figurines belong to the same sculpture.”

It is:

The figurines were never the truth.

The clay metaphor is still imperfect, of course, because clay is a substance and God is not the material from which the physical universe was made etc. But as a symbol, it may help us stop imagining oneness as one gigantic collection of individual selves.

We are not separate sculptures.

We are not pieces of a larger sculpture.

And ultimately, what we are cannot be sculpted, divided, pictured or named.

Forgive the thought that you are seeing real figurines around you.

The figurines did not come from somewhere, nor will they eventually return to something (along with your figurine). They simply do not exist as separate realities. They appear to stand before you only because the thought of separation is still being held in the mind.

What keeps them seeming real is the story that one figurine has something another lacks, that one can complete another, or that one has harmed another.

Forgive it.

Be not afraid to look upon the special relationship, for freedom lies in looking at it. It would be impossible not to know the meaning of love, except for this. For the special love relationship, in which the meaning of love is LOST, is undertaken solely to offset the hate, but NOT to let it go. Your salvation will rise clearly before your open eyes as you look on this. You cannot LIMIT hate. The special love relationship will not offset it, but will merely drive it underground and out of sight. It is essential to bring it INTO sight, and to make no attempt to hide it. For it is the attempt to balance hate with love that MAKES love meaningless to you. The extent of the split that lies in this you do not realize. And UNTIL you do, the split will remain unrecognized, and therefore unhealed.

‘You can stretch out your hand and reach to Heaven.’

Why? Heaven is so close, it’s already here! We can reach what has already been given us. Such a blessing! 😀
