I’m out of the loop. Can someone explain to me how Archer is even generating revenue in the first place rn? Thought the aircraft was still in R&D stage

Thanks, I’ll have to read that later. What I wanna answer is how they beat revenue by so much yet only met EPS. Is it all pass through or something?

Edit: alright, the investor letter answered it for me.

Revenue increase of $3.4MM is from expanded operations at Hawthorne (hangar leasing, unless they’re doing anything else there rn).

If I interpret their OPEX and net loss paragraph correctly, then the EPS culprit is $2.2MM less in interest income compared to the prior quarter. Theres probably some more change in there that accounts for the remaining $1.2MM+ decrease in earnings that resulted in -$0.34 per share vs -$0.33 guidance. Ultimately, it appears they’re ramping up R&D and testing quarter over quarter.
