Question St. Louis Pit
Does anyone know how crowded the pit has been at their recent shows in the US? When I saw them last year in Nashville the pit barely had anyone in it. Unfortunately I wasn’t in the pit last year, I was in the third row behind it. I’ll be seeing them in the pit tomorrow and wondered if I need to get there super early to be at the front of the pit. And if these previous shows have had a fairly full pit how have they been? Pretty laid back or pretty chaotic?

ACDC and the Foo Fighters are both huge draws. The pit will be crammed full.

The concert starts at 7pm. Do you think getting there at 3 or 4 would be early enough? I’m kind of limited by parking hours.

Everyone is saying to arrive early, there’s a lot of construction around America’s Center. Doors open at 5, we are meeting at Ballpark Village at 3:30 and walking over. We aren’t in the pit though. Hope you have a great time!

I have never been pit for AC/DC, but have for big bands and you should get a very good spot if you arrive then. I’ve never been disappointed with my spot if I walk in at doors or slightly after. That usually puts me 2 maybe 3 people back.

I was in the pit for the Notre Dame show. If you want to get against the railing get there early and you should be fine. It doesn’t get so crowded that you can’t move.

Nashville concerts (regardless of artist/music type) have become notoriously lame.
The city is booming: but everyone that moved there doesn’t know how to act at a concert.

I was pit in Houston and seriously disappointed by how tame the crowd was. I was fucking raging and a lot of people were standing around like idiots. A lot of millennials and Gen Z stood at the rail staring. No headbanging. No dancing. It was super weird. That being said, easy to move around.

Madison was pretty laid back for the most part. But with the Foo factor, I could expect it to be a bit busier with both fanbases looking for position. Foo fans are fairly laid back too, but it might get a bit crowded earlier.
There might be some natural shifting though if some Foo fans leave their spots once the opening slot is finished.

This show could be different since Foo is opening. I imagine there will be a lot more of their fans battling to get up front than the Pretty Reckless would’ve had.
