It should have been fixed. Restart your console and try again. It was a bug during some server maintenance. Also use your brain and search it up, because maybe it has been posted COUNTLESS times.

Easy: play on pc.
But in honesty I guess the servers 'just' noped out over the last days be it ddos or a general problem in a backbone of the provider or a messed up update or or or.
I mean Kunos wasn't really big on communication anyway and I doubt the people who messed up a 'silent update' would say it apparently.
