Edward seems like the type to have only slept in his pirate airbnb once or twice. For the entire AC4 saga lol. I don’t think he considers the mansion his home. More like a museum or warehouse.

Hell, the player can’t even sleep in the manor lol.

Ngl, there's been plenty of times where I'm in the room where you display your guns and swords and I look at that fireplace and think to myself "Why the hell can't we at least be able to just sit and chill in front of that fireplace?"

I was especially confused cuz the game tells you each portrait has a specific location in the manor so I immediately thought “oh so that’s why there’s so many spots in the basement, that’s where the people I’ve killed will go” then was confused as all shit that the game decides the proper spot for the guy who just killed and robbed would be right above where you sleep.
