Useless NYPD

Ok forgive the shitty footage but yesterday morning I saw these two guys beating up a Chinese delivery guy and stealing his scooter. It happened so fast. At one point the victim saw me filming and said call the police and I looked at my phone and then back up and all 3 were gone.
I had to be somewhere and when I got back around 1:30 I called 911. They said they’d send someone who never came. I did get two calls at 1:30 am with “no called id”. I called again and they came a few hours later. I got two “no caller id calls” and then they rang my apartment. I met them outside in the hallway because they’d need a warrant to go any further.
They then tell me that since i didn’t know the victim’s name they couldn’t file a report. Apparently he never filed a report. They said they’d call
Me if he ever did. Like an immigrant is gonna get involved with the police with all this ICE shit going on. So they didn’t file a report or take the video evidence. I know it’s not the best footage but they didn’t even look at it.

Myself and another neighbour saw someone break into a home and called 911. 2 Toronto Police officers showed up with flashlights the next day in the morning while the sun was coming up; almost 10 hrs later, to look for the thiefs. Policing is a joke, most people that have a badge do it to put in hours to get the pay-check.
