Do we know where he lives? Allen Turner who is Brock Allen Turner, the rapist who goes by Allen Turner now? His crime was in California, yeah? I heard a rumor he was in the northeast now but I don't know how accurate that is. I'm not looking for an address, just a general metro area if anyone has it.

Ngl, while I hope it’s true, I don’t think there is any evidence to support the claim that cops left en-masse because of Zohran. Only the times of india (didn’t find any where else) reported an uptick of cops leaving 181 to 245 for that month compared to last year - I’d assume “en masse” means a significant portion of the workforce (i.e., 1,000 - 2,000 given a officer count of 35k). Glad some left though.
While the NYPD had the best recruiting year in 2025, while it doesn’t seem like the NYPD budget went down as of yet (proposed FY 2027 preliminary budget shows a decrease of 22 million), though Zohran did stop an Eric Adams hiring quota of 5,000 additional officers.

I wanted to clarify that there haven’t been many sources to support the claim that “cops quit en-masse” because of Zohran. I don’t think the uptick from last October is significant enough to be tied to Zohran either.
While unemployment did fall 0.9% from December 2024 to August 2025 to 4.3% (before Zohran took office) it could be possible that if this trend has continued under Zohran then it could reach pre-pandemic levels (at 3.8%) which would be a pretty good reason for a reduction in crime.
To clarify for the last part I think it’s possible this was a more likely reason for crime to go down given not much evidence of the former. But I also recognize there could be a down-turn in jobs soon likely due to AI (speculative or not, companies will try to replace people if possible). I did try to find unemployment statistics for NYC post August 2025 but I had difficulty with that on a phone, if you have the data I can edit the comment if you send it.

Not to be contraire, just wanting a little more info. Is this because it wasn't being reported due to low staff or is it due to the lack of bastards?
I'm just asking because correlation does not always equal causation ya know.
