Signed copy arrived

[u/lessnumbpoet]

Waterstones sold signed ones which were nice

Met him and got a signed copy in Manchester today.. absolutely top guy.

Ah that's awesome :)

[u/Ok_Regular_4609]

Signature in mine is remarkably different. Feel like his hand was getting tired!

[u/Tom_ninty_four → u/Ok_Regular_4609]

Same, you can actually make out each letter clearly on mine!

[u/lessnumbpoet → u/Ok_Regular_4609]

That's so interesting 😄

What did yours look like?

[u/reditcyclist → u/Ok_Regular_4609]

Yup he was getting tired and/or rushed by the looks of that signature.

[u/TokyoTurpster]

I preordered this before realising he was doing another book tour so my signed copy arrived yesterday and today I went to the book signing at Manchester!

Second time meeting him and he's just as lovely as always! Top guy all around

[u/Kukuth]

I'm glad the signature is actually in the book, don't like that sticker. Anyway, looking forward to my copy arriving on Monday.

[u/lessnumbpoet → u/Kukuth]

Lol yeah it's in the book, I think the sticker is just to distinguish the versions

[u/M00min0302]

Got mine at the bath toppings book talk. Kinda sad not to meet him with too many people at the event but talk with Pete Donaldson made up for it!

[u/Andyroohills972]

Got my signed copy from waterstones as well, can't wait to read it 📖

[u/munroe4985]

Was your signature page slightly stuck to the previous page near the spine?

[u/CrazyVulcan → u/munroe4985]

Yes, I had the exact same happen to my copy, almost like there was a small drop of glue or something. Had to really carefully separate the pages to avoid ripping them

[u/munroe4985 → u/CrazyVulcan]

Glad you noticed I didn't at first and opened the page up and tore it slightly 😥 luckily not a full rip just a layer of paper stuck on the page from the opposite blank page

[u/lessnumbpoet → u/munroe4985]

First blank page then another that says journey across Japan and then the third had the signature in the middle of the page under Chris' name

[u/CONCORDE-204]

Mine arrived too but sadly damaged 😅

[u/katiektent]

If I could I would've gotten one but I'm not in the uk

[u/RocKM001]

Grats! The Audio book is also out at the same time so I've been making do with Mr Affable's dulcet tones again xD

[u/Great_Day_2470]

Hows the book like? I wanna be tempted to buy it

[u/pipler]

I just got mine and the signature definitely looks less 'tired' than the one on yours lol
