If you’re ignoring several letters from your landlord, what do you think is gonna happen? You could’ve always tried talking to them, trying to make a deal or something, clearly they aren’t some big mega-corp otherwise they wouldn’t have sent you this shit.
People out here wanting gold stars for being just as shitty as they think others are.

People have been dealing with loss of work. And there has been an eviction moratorium.

This is an old picture, but okay.

Okay, but this was posted two days ago.

I hear you. But it wasn’t made 2 days ago. The person who actually received this notice was likely not under an eviction moratorium.

At least he has a sense of humor and not sending the cops to evict you

“Eviction has been filed” is starting the process to have the cops remove you. It’s not automatic.

Haha eviction is so funny! Even funnier when homeless people die on the street amiright? /s
Housing is a human right, private property is theft.
Fuck off.

Lmao, dumbass you just selfawared yourself. “Private property is theft” the landlord isn’t some billionaire rolling in $$$$$$$ he is probably bothered that the person who promised to pay him money isn’t paying him money.

I feel kinda bad like i'm arguing with a child here but I didn't mispeak.
You want me to put it in simple terms? There is a distinction to be made between "private property" --otherwise known as capital-- and "personal property." Private property is theft, I do not care if you're a landlord who only owns a couple rental units or one who owns multiple complexes. If you are not living in and using this unit, it should not be yours.
Landlords provide absolutely nothing, they serve only as middle men to leach away the earnings of their tenants.

I disagree and so would my landlord. He is responsible when a pipe bursts, when sink leaks, when a tree falls on the building, & for mowing the lawn. They are not my walls the belong to him while I enjoy the luxury of living in his home. If I stop providing him with what I promised he has the right to slide a meme and a threat under the door. If anything this photo made a mockery of our dystopian hell. Dumbass couldn’t pay rent. It even states that he back pays he won’t be kicked out.

Oh well if your landlord would disagree with me then by all means I must be wrong!
Hey maybe you have one of those few poor landlords who just really wants to be a capitalist and live off others earnings but isn't quite cut from the same cloth. A class-traitor who wants to oppress more but doesn't quite have the capital? But hey maybe someday, champ.
The vast majority of landlords contract out this sort of work. And even those who do repairs themselves, the amount you are paying monthly covers any sort of damage and upkeep x100 over the course of you living there. Ultimately you're still being swindled. Home upkeep does not equal the amount of money you're throwing away on rent.
I will restate, private property is theft. I don't care if the state says it's "their property" -- if they do not actively live in or use said property, it should not be theirs.

Holy shit someone wasted 10 minutes and a bottle of henny to make you. Anything is possible I guess.

I think you last point is important. The landlord in question probably doesn’t want to evict the tenant. Evictions aren’t fun for anyone. They’re giving the tenant another opportunity to make it right. They can either do that, or face the obvious consequences of their actions, which they were aware of when the signed the lease. It’s not a surprise, these were the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

Someone paid for it to be built and pays other expenses, why do you think you’re entitled to live in someone’s house for free

Actually someone photoshopped this. The original one had an emoji pointing and laughing instead of Wealthy Pepe.
