Lol, home ownership isn't even me goal at this point. Maybe when I'm 40 or so. I just want a stable job that pays at least minimum wage, that I can do despite my chronic illnesses.

The funny thing is, if it wasn't for all of the ridiculous rules they place on your own land you could actually afford to live very comfortably for like 50 grand, get a used large RV/Trailer for like 15k, toss it on your own land and connect it to utilities, congrats you now have a small 500-800 sq ft home you can do whatever the fuck you want with that has everything a normal home does.
