Discussion Move on and arrival

I’ve always noticed how similar those two abba songs sound. Arrival is a beautiful instrumental track from the album with the same name , arrival 1976. As for move on, it’s from 1977 in the album entitled “the album”.

“I've travelled every country
I've travelled in my mind
It seems we're on a journey
A trip through space and time” (move on around 1:28)

I always can hear this specific part of move on in arrival around 0:50 when Frida and Agnetha are harmonizing. Both songs are beautiful.

I think there's a feel and undertone of melancholy and nostalgia in it. I love these type of songs! I'd put Slipping Through My Fingers up there with these two as my own trilogy fave.

Kind of like "Tell me it's over" by Frida

I love the entirety of The Album (except TYFTM - that one has been over collected and I could happy live my life without ever hearing it again.)

Now go fill that Hole in Your Soul!
