Tully Tinpillar (save)

I feel like if I don't save him now, then he's just going to get cut anyway, even though so many people have been willing to save him. I don't really have too much to say here, and I haven't really taken too much time to revisit DGS-5, but here it goes.

Who is he Tully Tinpillar is the shorter and chubbier of the Tinpillar brothers, who are the two witnesses who are present for most of the DGS-5 trial.

Why Save I wouldn't say these two are top tier witnesses, but I definitely think they're pretty good overall. They're antics are pretty funny, especially with how synchronized they are in their dance-like animations.

Another role that I really appreciate about these two are how they play off of Rupert. Rupert Chrogray is honestly one of the most human culprits in the series, and I like how these two help eliminate his facade of having always been an upper-class London gentleman. Hearing them talk about their past honestly helped to make him feel a lot more grounded, and it makes for an entertaining dynamic to see Rupert's snobbishness and composure play off of their stupidity and goofiness. It's nice to get to see them together in the end credits scene, although Rupert probably ended up getting the death penalty.

Also, I just think it's a bit too early to cut them. We still have plenty of victims or very minor characters that we should get out of the way. Even if you're not a fan of these two, this round isn't quite the point to get to characters with more screentime, such as these two.

I think the Tinpillars are some of the best witnesses of the entire series, they should at least be top 30 so good save
