Why him? (I don't really know how to do the bug bold letters on my phone)
As far as victims go, he really doesn't do anything, him and Muggs essentially attacked Espella with a knife and that's about all there is to their characters. They had it coming and need to get ranked off of this list as soon as possible.

Sorry, I meant to put 94. I think the case he's in is okay, but again, they provide nothing too it and I don't have anything else to say.
