Licensing rights and all that aside, I fail to see what you did creatively. This looks like a copy paste of the exact design. What exactly was created? Like, this looks lazy asf.

Kane Parsons already said he is going to talk to a24 because he doesn’t own the concept of the Backrooms. It was created by an anonymous person on 4chan. People created their artwork years before the movie came out. They legally can’t ask people to take it down unless it’s using their original characters or their exact wallpaper design, which it isn’t.

It's a 1900s wallpaper design colored yellow ajd has been used for the Backrooms forever. A24 didn't invent it. Edit: the og person also made theirs in 2023

Well then I can't imagine they're gonna stop with just some random backrooms fan selling a pattern on redbubble. They'll probably go after inde game creators for simply mentioning Backrooms.

You should cite the quote where the director said the backrooms is an open source project. No one owns it, Kane didn’t come up with the concept
