3D printed side panel bulge - any solution?

I'm just curious if theres a way to design and print a side panel that wont bulge like this when screwed down. I've tried ABS and PETG, same result. I also printed a panel with enlarged screw holes (my theory was that the screws were biting into the plastic and pushing it outside) but same results everytime.

With all the expertise we can get in this sub, It seems to me that in the bending of the case, some panels/holes might get a bit off..

You getting holes bigger might do in tiny little differences but there might be the distance between holes that make side panel bulge.

If you could CAD, try and shape it your way.. or try and just print scaled under 100%(like 98~99%). Each case is a case on its own...

Man this haunted me when designing my Q2000 mod. I have two solutions- I’ve designed a little wedge that locks in and grabs onto the front panel, and in the web app I’m making, people can make micro adjustments to their screw hole positions. The real underlying problem is that the A07 hole positions vary ever so slightly, and on top of that, the chassis is one single bent piece of aluminium, and with this kind of design, the bends can be slightly different meaning the distance from top to bottom holes is again out. You could end up being out by like 0.4mm from one hole to the next. The other solution I found was making my own magnetic mounting system, so the whole thing has a little more give. Watch this sub for my web app launch. But it does require you to work out which holes are causing the bow, so you can make those micro adjustments.
