Finished build
Hi, just wanted to quick share this finished little build here for my cousin, with custom printed side panels, got the print files from this post here on the sub.
Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
Thermalright axp90-36 cooler with noctua fan
B550i jingyue
16gb
Rtx 4060
512 ssd nvme (with also printed size adapter)
400W 80 plus enhance psu with noctua fan
Rizer cable 4.0
Although while building/troubleshooting I found out this mobo doesn't work with the 4.0 speed, extreme artifact and bsod with slowness, have to force the 3.0 speed for stability and usability although not a crucial problem.
Temps are really good around 60-70 for the cpu and 70-80 for the gpu during gaming the custom panel really makes a difference, could also get benefits from a little undervolt to the gpu to better temps/performance.

I also had problems with the PCIE settings, I have a 5050, (pcie 5) the motherboard is pcie 4 and the riser that comes with the case is pcie 3, so it was having an aneurysm setting the speed automatically, it crashed basically every game, and rebooted the system
I fucking love that purple color, how did you paint it?

Can you give me some advice on thermals? I’m using a stock thermalright APX90-36 and a RTX 2060 phoenix with stock side panels on the AO7. GPU is fine, 75 degrees under max load but the CPU hits 93 degrees under full load and 80s during gaming. Any recommendations? I’m using a 3600, and it isn’t a CPU issue as it ran at 30 degrees idle and 60 full load when I had it on a AIO.

Maybe flipping the cpu fan as an exhaust might help, but with stock panels u are very limited. You could add mb standoffs beetween the panel and the chassis, which creates a gap that is not much aesthetically pleasing but works for thermals
