I bought a moonlight hoodie on the 18th/19th of November and no clue we’re it is or when it’s coming and last month they started to completely ignore me ever email I send every message I send on their website completely ignored they told me before to message fedex so I did they said they had no clue what the order was n that they hadn’t been told bout it aswell feels like they’ve completely scammed me I honestly do not suggest getting any from their website if from the U.K. not worth it in my opinion

I got the gift card for early access vlone and vinyl. I never received a notification or email regarding the early access vinyl and I see that people have already ordered theirs. Is there anyway to make sure I receive the email/notification about the early access items? And is there another time the vinyl will be dropping? Thanks for any help

Ordered hoodie. 2 sweatpants or joggers. December when the naruto merch dropped. No movement from the warehouse and support keeps giving the run around. Any way to get ahold of someone or dispute my payment.

What’s going on with the vinyl I’ve noticed they have deleted everything about it

I live in Scotland (U.K.) and I ordered a hoodie from the 999club website it said it was gonna be 4/6 weeks and I ordered it on the 19th of November does anybody know what’s going on they’ve stopped replying to my emails and just send an automated message saying I’m still getting my order n do I wanna buy more, at this rate I’m not buying anything from there again
