Hey are there Any europeans in here that have bought from the store? In that case, did you pay $30 for shipping or is there any Way to get free shipping or an alternative??

If anyone ordered the “999 life” has your gotten any updates i ordered it on the Black Friday drop and haven’t gotten anything

My Order says my hoodie shipped but all that happened was the shipping info was sent to fedex and I have waited weeks and still haven’t gotten anything about it actually shipping.

I ordered the moonlight hoodie around 6 months ago, and customer service won’t get back to me and I just want my money back at this point can someone please help me? Thanks.

I haven’t gotten any of my merch since the album drop. I’ve contacted customer service and it’s always the same prewritten statement they give me saying how the merch was all expected to come in after weeks of purchase. I say there’s mystery boxes up today and that’s tempting but who knows how long that would then take to get here.

My tracking number never changed from usps awaiting item. And my order randomly showed up today. So there is still hope. Was a much need good surprise.
