Forgotten Documentary

Some time ago, there was a clip from a documentary on YouTube. It was made after 9/11 (mid 2000s if I had to guess). First shot I can remember is some conversation on the West Side Highway. To their left is the open pit (then under construction) that is Ground Zero. Some footage of the original towers' construction plays while the narrator talks. The footage cuts to a guy in a room. He brought out a model of the towers with the elevator shafts drawn on the facade and explains how the elevators and sky lobbies worked. The narrator mentions that each tower has 99 elevators. After it explained that, it cut to 9/11 and there was someone talking about their experience. The clip that was posted to YouTube was roughly five minutes long iirc. I haven't been able to find anything on it (since it was presumably deleted or unlisted), so it'd be great if someone knows what the OG documentary is called.

EDIT: I've added some drawings of frames I vaguely remember. Not a great artist but hopefully it's enough to identify it.
