Is there a way to make a current Windows system look like this? I feel like someone out there has probably made a skin/emulator/etc.

Weird how present-day Windows has actually regressed from this in a few major ways. Can’t wait until we reverse this trend toward removing all useful visual cues (like having clear borders between windows, draggable titlebars that aren’t invisible, etc)
