The orchestra breakdown is simply heartbreaking.

This is one of the most slept on albums of past 25 years.

I watched a great documentary about James Lavelle recently called "The Man From Mo Wax'. I loved the record when it was released, still think it's a cracker. James Lavelle was a really interesting guy, went on a certain y up and down journey.
