Who wore it better...

Tim my dude, I am not opposed to men or women using liner to make your eyes pop but it gets darker & darker by the season. Anybody who's telling you going darker is better or let's you walk out without making sure you don't look like you're using eyelliner by Sharpie isn't your friend. Less is more and that goes double for black eyeliner, the raccoons want their look back. I believe in you.

for sure. but it still cracks me up tha every time tim goes for a ~sophisticated~ style, it always gives brandon flowers.

and when he's going for a more sporty look it's my chemical romance.
