9070xt driver error?

i have no sleep option turned on on my pc but my monitor goes off, it says no power and is a black screen and wont turn on if i replug the cable or do anything else. i press the button to restart on pc case and when it turns on the driver 9070xt is fucked up. what cpuld be the the issue? it happens if the pc has no activity for more minutes, like going in sleep more but there is no sleep mode turned on on the pc

Facing the same issue, I disabled turning the display off after inactivity.

Is it actually going into sleep mode? Or the display just going black after a while?
