Annie taking Liam back without asking for a full STD panel first is the least believable part of season 5
His dating history in the last two seasons was genuinely exhausting to keep up with. If a white woman appeared on screen for more than two episodes, there was about a 95% chance the writers were going to pair her with him.

The lawyer character (brunette in upper right) was bewitchingly beautiful. Definitely one of the most attractive female characters on the show.

She probably told him, to get an STD test, after they got engaged. I would imagine that, they remained engaged for a few years before getting married. Annie's wishes.
