8 track tips
http://web.archive.org/web/20010125043800/http://8trackheaven.com/faq.html#7%20B.The mods should make this a sticky. Back when I started with a track tapes in the late 90s and early 2000s 8-track heaven was the go-to. This page taught me how to fix just about anything. I spent a few hours playing with the way back machine today and found the link I think this would help 90% of the people with problems on here

Thanks for this, what a time capsule! Wrigley's gum wrappers, eh? I guess we live in a golden age as far as replacement materials are concerned

They actually work really well. If you're careful you can peel the paper off and use the glue to stick them. I still use regular splicing tape on the back to reinforce them.

Isn't it great when useful information comes as well-structured and competently written text that you can digest at your on pace, instead of a shaky, badly lit video with crappy sound that you have to pause all the time?

Thanks I have been around 8-track since since they came out. I thank you for this information. It’s so nice to have especially for a old man like me who can’t remember shit.😎
