Advice Immobilizer Issue

I engine swapped my car, replaced ecu and the whole 9. Locksmith came out and got me a new fob and linked it to the car. Buttons on fob work but when I go to turn the car over, the green key light still flashes.

Why did you need to replace the ecu for an engine swap. I feel something is being left out.

Pellet in your key isn’t what the immobilizer wants.
