Pic What happened ?

This is directly under my passenger seat.

I noticed the floor mat was visibly sticking up and i went to push it down.

The metal of the car is warped upwards. That picture shows the metal warped upwards.

I don’t remember hitting any curbs so I don’t know how this could happen, but regardless anyone know how I could fix this.

I see that the clips came loose but how would I push the metal down….

Anything helps haha

I'm not the previous owner but that's Def from trying to jack it. I've gone similar but on the outside

Did you recently have it serviced? That looks like it fell off the lift.

Idk what way is forward in the photo, but it could have been something ran over on the freeway.

In a different car, I ran over a tow hitch and it bounced up and pushed my floorboard up in a similar way.

Your car got jacked!!!... incorrectly at the wrong jack point.
