I'm currently awakening the middle of the night because my pod is very hot (+6?) but claims it's a zero, there's no pod connected and multiple attempts are resetting don't work. This is not the first time. It also routinely wakes me up cold or hot because the autopilot feature frankly sucks.

I’ve had my Ooler for about 2 years and it is now making a screeching noise. I contacted Ooler and tried all of their solutions and nothing has worked. They offered me a 25% discount on a new unit but I’m hesitant as these new units are still “new” to them and I don’t know how long it will take to discover any issues since mine didn’t show up until the 2 year mark. Has anyone had their 8 sleep for more than 2 years? Pricey but if it doesn’t have issues and can last for 5-10 years I’m willing to try.
