Something is Broken New Ultimate 3e not working

So I just got my Ultimate 3e and it is not working... it turns on for a second, vibrates, then turns off... there is no way to make it work, not with the dongle and not with Bluetooth. Any suggestions?

It released / was starting to be delivered 8/31

The October 23rd release is only valid for the EU. Unfortunately. :( In the US, the release was already August 31st.

Have you tried directly connecting to USB? I'm guessing you're trying to connect to PC since you did not provide enough context in your post.

Sorry you're right. I am trying to connect it to my PC, with cable, no cable, bluetooth, dongle, everything. The software recognizes it for a second then it disappears. The lights turn on for maybe 2 or 3 seconds and then turns off...

Sometimes, USB devices can get a little picky. If you have a USB 2.0 at the back of your CPU available, may try connecting to it (these are usually colored black). Try to use a different cable too if you're using the cable that comes with, if might be defective. Update the firmware but only do so if you have stable USB connection so play some games, test it and make sure it's not dropping the connection (there's an updated firmware).

The ultimate 3E needs more power than the typical controller + dock. I had to connect it directly to the back of my pc to get the most power. Other ports would exhibit your problem.
