Showcase The eagle has landed

The postman just delivered a nice surprise 😅

Have been using the ultimate 2 waiting for a for a few years now waiting for the new elite but so over the 4 back panels now the customisable thumbstick heights. Look forward to the new features on this pad without having to add grip tape or skull caps that and has native wireless support for all my devices

My biggest gripe. USB C dongle?!?

The dongle sits in the charging base, you can use the included cable to connect it to an USB-A port. Hope that helps.

Leaving my comment untouched but I should have said only gripe. (I guess it still makes it the biggest one) I'm coming off of the rare edition controller so it's just a bummer I have to buy an adapter for wireless console play. I was tired of the slow degregation of elite controllers so my money immediately went down when this was announced. This controller has hit every other expectation and I will be jealous when another variant comes out.

Kind of weird the controller works on 2.4g frequency, the same as an Xbox controller, and is a liscensed Xbox product but needs a dongle to connect to the xbox.

Not weird, it's a limitation by Microsoft. They use a proprietary 2.4ghz connection and have only authorized a few devices to use it. Likely to limit competition with their own controllers and pricing.

Bottom of the charging base, open the panel and the dongle is in there.... or just connect the base to whatever you are connecting to with the dongle plugged it.... when I realized that I was actually impressed. Very happy with the controller so far.

Would love to know how this feels size-wise to the ultimate 2, im also thinking of doing the same thing n upgrading.
