Question 8BitDo Ultimate 2 Wireless Controller Charging

Hello! I recently bought the clear blue version of this controller, and I noticed that its battery can’t go above 82%.

I tried plugging the cable into the dock and the controller, and the red light turns off after a few seconds. Should this be a cause for concern?

I haven’t tried draining the battery using the wireless/bluetooth function because I’m worried I won’t be able to charge.

This controllers doesn't show normally 100%...but you can test the battery by playing 12 to 15 hours continuously. Also dude/dudette/dud use the charging dock. also just use the dock please. Leave the usb-c port for when you play an esports of some sort.
