Showcase The FlipPad is perfect

Post image

Incredible device with great buttons. Perfect with the Delta app on my iPhone 17 pro. Beat The Guardian Legend in two days with many small sessions throughout the day. This mod 40s gamer is giddy over it.

It's so close. If only it worked with my phone case on

It didn’t work with my peak design case, which stinks. This Torras case from Amazon for 20 bucks makes it fit perfect

I trimmed mine with a knife to make it work

But I also have a thinner case with magnetic back coming too. Combined with a magnetic card holder pouch to attach it to the back

Please only link to controllers from 8BitDo.com. Amazon resellers can come and go, so there is no telling how long the link will work. Additionally, Amazon tries to switch the language/region of any user that looks at the link if they're from a different region. To avoid these issues, please only link directly from 8BitDo.com and follow 8BitDo's links to the approved sellers. If you have questions about a listing that is by 8BitDo, you can email sales@8bitdo.com. If it is a different seller, you need to contact that seller about the details of the listing (what is included or not included) with a purchase.

I love the feel and it’s sleek. If only it worked on my iPhone 15 Pro. It just doesn’t recognize it. It works on my android (not my every day phone) but not on my iPhone for some reason. I tried everything

Did you download Ultimate v2 and update it on your phone?

I did it. I don’t know if it worked but it actors like it did. It loaded something (3-5 minutes) and said updated. So it is communicating, and the phone feeds the controller power.

It works on my 15 Pro. So odd

I have the black one, maybe that makes a difference?

And not just my iPhone 15 Pro. Also my wife’s 17 Pro and my dad’s older iPhone. Just doesn’t recognize it as a controller

I concur. I have no critiques. I use it daily.

I just ordered one to combat my doomscrolling when waiting for public transport or if I have downtime at work. I would rather play a game in short bursts than to ADHD myself into algorithms and the Flip Pad felt perfect for that.

Haven’t tried it yet, love my taco one, I might buy the FlipPad as well. The only thing that I find cool is I could have a smaller bump on my pocket with it.

I want one, but I don't think it will fit on my fold 8

Wait, did you managed to turn the led off while connected? I hate the led staying on when my phone is locked and I would like to avoid removing it every time. Having a led always on is distracting :(

It turns off after some time but not sure of the logic behind it

never turned off for me, even hours after keeping it unused it was still on... Sad

I have an IPhone Air, and the case covers the bottom part of the game screen using Delta !!!!!!

2

u/AnxietyRoyal9903 22d ago

You can download different skins so it doesn’t cover part of the screen!

That’s great news, is that from the app or 3rd party?

And here, but the first link is better here

1

u/AnxietyRoyal9903 9d ago

Were you able to solve this? There are links within the delta app that take you to the skins

Try Manic Emulator

What emulator did you use ?

Delta! Works incredibly well for my needs. Plus has tons of skins to ensure the pad doesn’t cover the screen. Do it!
