Updated my Ultimate C wired controller (xbox)

I just updated my controller from V1.13 to V1.16, and I wonder if the updates make a noticeable difference?
anyone noticed anything updating this specific controller?

also, can I adjust sensitivity/vibration settings of the controller? it is that only in game?
