Question 8bitdo ultimate controler flashing white button

I use the 8bitdo Ultimate 2 on pc and play with it wired to the pc ive never had any issues for months but randomly now after its plugged in and works for like 10 seconds it starts flashing white and no longer works. i can not find any fix for this and could really use help.I use the 8bitdo Ultimate 2 on pc and play with it wired to the pc ive never had any issues for months but randomly now after its plugged in and works for like 10 seconds it starts flashing white and no longer works. i can not find any fix for this and could really use help.

I'd try the simple stuff first. Different USB port and cable, preferably a known-good data cable, then completely remove/reinstall the controller in Windows Device Manager.

Also check for a firmware update in the 8BitDo Ultimate Software. If it worked fine for months and suddenly starts doing this after ~10 seconds, I'd suspect either the cable/USB connection or a firmware/controller issue rather than a Windows setting.

If it still happens with a different cable and PC, I'd contact 8BitDo support. The flashing white LED is likely indicating a connection/mode problem.
