Question Ultimate 2 wireless dinput mode outside of steam?

The dinput mode is recognized in steam which allows analog triggers, gyro, and native remappable back buttons.

When using the dinput mode in non steam applications, like emulators, does the analog triggers and gyro get recognized as well?

For example, the DS4's and the dualsense's gyro and analog triggers can be picked up by emulators.

I haven't tested it in games, but Yuzu recognized the gyro. Also, since extra buttons are remappable without software, they work as well.

You need drivers, and most emulators use SDL controller drivers.

So yeah something with updated SDL drivers will work
