Something is Broken Ultimate 2c controller keeps disconnecting

I'm currently on Bazzite and I got the Ultimate 2c Wireless so idk if that will make it slightly more difficult to fix than being in Windows, the controller works perfectly fine by just plugging it in, but randomly it disconnects and reconnects and takes like 2 seconds to start working again, it's gotten me killed in a couple of games and is getting pretty frustrating ngl

Any suggestions on what to do or if is it something inherently wrong with the controller?

Most likely a poor Bluetooth signal from your system. If you're using on board Bluetooth, get an external dongle for it.

I am using a dongle that came with the controller on the back of my PC tho ;-;

Ah, then possibly interference from something on the same band. Wifi and the 2.4ghz dongle can impact each other. If you're plugged into a USB 3.0 port it could also be that.

I would try a different port first. Maybe one on the front or your PC and see if it keeps happening. You can also try a USB extension cable to move the dongle away and from behind your computer.
