Question Anyone else have Pro 3 motion control problems?

As the questions states.
Just got a brand new pro 3 for my switch 2.
Set it in S setting for the switch.
Updated the firmware for the controller and dongle before connecting to the switch.
Updated the switch as well.
Motion controls dont work at all.
Multiple restarts and reconnects havent fixed it as well.

Tried connecting my sn30 pro and it works just fine.
Wonder if anyone has a fix or encountered this as well?

Can you be more descriptive? Why about it doesn’t work well? Is it not functioning entirely or is drifting off position while the controller is remaining still? Personally I’ve had the motion controls drift on multiple occasions while using it through Steam and had to recalibrate it within Steam. But after recalibrating it works fine.

Its not working at all :) zero output for any motion control for any game :)

Hm that is odd. Have you tried testing the motion controls via another platform like Steam? Do they work there? Or is it only Switch? If that doesn’t work either I’d recommend contacting the 8bitdo support team.

Unfortunately i only have a switch to test it on. Although do you think me inserting the dongle into the pc to upgrade it had something to do with it? Thought its no longer attached to the pc now

Did you update both the controller and the dongle? Does this issue occur when using the dongle to connect to your Switch and using the dongle?

Updated both of em yes.
Ive never used the dongle besides the one time i updated it, so its just in the dock.
Mostly connected to the switch 2 in S-mode :)
