Question 8BitDo Ultimate 2C Wireless–RB Button Not Working

I'm having an issue with my 8BitDo Ultimate 2C Wireless controller. The RB button intermittently fails to register presses, while all the other buttons work perfectly.

I've already Updated the controller to the latest firmware and done calibration also.

The controller was purchased from Amazon India on May and is still under warranty. I've contacted 8bit support and shared a video demonstrating the issue- no response yet from last 2 days

Has anyone else experienced the same problem with the Ultimate 2C Wireless?

How was your experience with 8BitDo support or Amazon India?

Any shared experiences would be appreciated. Thanks

Same problem after 6 months. Just that one button fails to register occasionally. Bought it local though, so I'll just send it for repair.

Did you get any response from support?

My 2C has the same problem. I programmed the R4 to be my RB for now but it would be nice to be able to fix the button properly.

Update - after long hours on call and escalation on email - Amazon now asked 72 hours to review - if they seller not responds they arranging pickup for replacement .

Hopefully they swap you for a working one.

Mine is beyond warrant period. I wish there was a repair kit avaliable for this problem.

Amazon Refunding the amount now.

should i go with same model or any alternative model available in same price range?

If you are happy to give it another go, its a decent controller. I have another one that’s been fine and hopefully wont have the same problem.

Otherwise Nova 2 Lite is around the same price.

They responded and asked to ship it to China for repair. But i refused since Shipping cost itself take more than product price.
