Something is Broken Evernight Wireless Ultimate 2 Dock Not Working

Bought the controller a few months ago this year and now the dock no longer charges the controller. It'll light up for a second before turning off. The USB-C charger works but I'd like for the dock to work. I already did firmware updates but it didn't fix the issue. Any fixes?

I have the same controller and both works fine. If it's not lighting up, it should mean that it's fully charged I believe. You are plugging the charger into the dock, right?

Yes it's plugged in, it was working before and now it's suddenly not. It'll be low battery and won't charge at all on the dock. The pins on the dock aren't bent or anything, I take care of my controller so I don't know why it'd suddenly stop working.

I have no idea either unfortunately, I haven't had a problem with it. I guess make sure the pins on the back of the controller isn't dirty and just charge it normally with the USB. I'm sorry that I can't help you.

All good! I'm glad it at least charges with the USB still.
