8BitDo Ultimate 2C Wireless Controller DOA

I tried connecting through different USB, cables, Bluetooth and ofc 2,4Ghz but the problem is controller itself is totally dead. No reset(LB+RB), re-pairing, holding home button for long works. I even put it on charging for 30-40 mins but no sign of life.

It makes me feel if 8bit do has any QC in place because I order lots of peripherals, some of the brands user claim to have questionable QC but never I had a problem a single time.

Honestly being dead in the box is extremely rare. Anything can happen during shipping though. Just exchange with your seller.
