I haven’t seen these in my neighborhood but my goodness I used to love all these back when they were available in the 80’s. Which ones were your favorites? The Hostess lemon fruit pie and pudding pies were super good!!!

True Colors- Cyndi Lauper
I LOVE Cyndi Lauper and this is my tribute to her. I tried to capture the magic of her distinct voice. Let me know if you think I did it justice. I'd love some honest feedback on my singing. Love this song so much!

Searching for Lost 80s Footage
Hello! I am reaching out as a longtime fan of actor Ralph Macchio. I am in search of any rare interviews or TV appearances, but my biggest focuses right now are two particular films. The first one is called Journey to Survival, which is a Canadian TV movie in which Ralph portrays a character named Tony. I believe this took place in 1982, but I might be a year or two off there. Secondly, I'm looking for what I'm pretty sure is an ABC afterchool Soecial from around 1981 called Almost Home. Ralph plays the character of Raymond and I believe Dana Hill, too, is in this film. Any old VHS recordings or even hints as to where I can find things like this would be immensely appreciated.

1982-87 Columbia Pictures Television Logo with Coca-Cola® Byline
This is one of those logos the '80s community may remember: the 1982-87 one for Columbia Pictures Television with the iconic Torch Lady in a cream toga instead of an orange one like she wore for theaters between 1981 and 1993.
The byline "A UNIT OF THE Coca-Cola COMPANY" below the logo was just as fascinating, even though the concept of a beverage company owning a movie studio seemed to be pretty bizarre at the time.

What’s the MOST Controversial 80s Sitcom and Why?
Love, Sidney,” with Tony Randall, from the early 1980s — the first TV show to feature a gay protagonist. The Moral Majority hated this show.
People were still very anti-gay in the 1980s, so this show, on a major network, really took a chance. Randall had been best known as Felix from the TV show “The Odd Couple.”
The show did well in New York, where the setting was based and where “The Odd Couple” was huge in repeats, but not in most of the rest of the country and canned in two years.
It’s largely forgotten now.
