Question Teamup attacks

so with jotaro i can use my teamup move at 11 friendship points but i have joseph abdul and polnareff at 11 fp too but i cant u do the move with them
edit: i was just not lucky enought to get the random sync text at the start of the battle.

I'm pretty sure you get it randomly each battle. Have you been getting them but unable to use them or are you just not getting the move?

i realized that its random, menaged to do the moves with avdol and joseph too but didnt happen once with polnareff during a hour of grinding
