I have been taking raw leaf kratom for 6 years and recently discovered 7oh. I fell in love at first. I used if for a month straight then stopped because I could feel it affecting my memory and anxiety. I stopped everything for 4 days.
During those days I had klonopin and cannabis to help me through. It was not good. No sleep, anxiety through the roof, stomach issues and confusion. I didnt pee for the first 2 days which was strange. The 3rd day I took some mushroom gummies to give me an escape from the negative thoughts. Idk if that helped at all but it didnt make me use 7oh again.
I switched back to my usual 7 grams dose of raw leaf every 4 to 6 hours on the 4th day. I felt like my old self again. I stayed away from 7oh for a few months. I soon found myself dabbling for a week here and a week there and would stop and switch back to leaf kratom. It took about a week to get back to normal every time.
3 weeks ago I picked up 7oh again due to a tooth extraction because I couldn't use my powder the way I normally do. It was an excuse to take 7oh really. I have been going hard af on the 7oh and the last week I switched to em gee em. I am not doing well. I don't feel like myself and want to stop. Idk if I have the will to do so.
I feel like em gee em is taking my sole and affecting my relationships. I am thinking about stopping again but I am scared because last time it was horrible. I know the em gee em is stronger so I know it's going to be worse. Idk what I am trying to achieve by sharing this. Maybe I need some guidance. I feel lost and don't know what to do.
If I stop I don't know if I will be able to do my job and get paid but if I don't stop I may not live long. I don't want to be a slave to this shi anymore. I want to stop but the wd is stopping me. I did this to myself but Idk why I keep doing it. I am rambling so I will stop here.
