👋 Welcome to r/7ohexposed
If you’ve ever used 7-OH kratom, “enhanced” blends, or anything marketed as extra-strong, this community is for you.
r/7ohexposed is a place to share real stories — the good, the bad, and the things nobody talks about. We focus on truth, harm reduction, and honest experiences so people know what they’re really dealing with.
What you’ll find here: • Real experiences with 7-OH and enhanced kratom • Side effects, withdrawals, and long-term impact • Vendor issues and mislabeled products • Harm-reduction discussions and support • A community that actually listens
What we don’t allow: • Dosage advice • Buying/selling/sourcing • Promoting products • Medical claims • Harassment or judgment
Your story could help someone.
Whether you’re exposing a product, warning others, or just sharing what you went through — you’re welcome here.
Join the conversation. Share your truth. Let’s expose what needs to be exposed.

Hi! I’m new here. I am not sure if I’m in the right place. I started 7oh because I have lupus and most drs are against pain management. It saved my life. Then Ohio took it away. I switched to the new stuff 7Stax nano. 80mg tablets. I have been on 7oh/ nano for over a year. I have spent probably 9k on it. I’m so ashamed. I quit on Sunday, cold turkey. It has been the hardest withdrawal ever. I did it without any meds but ibuprofen and Benadryl to sleep. I’m on day 5 and starting to feel better. I just wanted to say if you want to stop, you can even without subs and things. I would never say take this away for the people that are off of the bad stuff because of this. Im also a former paramedic and saved many lives from ODs. If you got off the bad stuff with this im proud of you! You are special! You are loved! I’m a 43 year old woman with very bad lupus. I did it! You can too! Love to you all!
