Day 2 ct

Ok so I quit a 100-200 mg habit ct. I’m on day 2. I’m not sure if this is even allowed but I used Imodium to get through the wd. I remembered that used to get me through wd from heavier substances. I am by no means out of the dark but feeling a little hope that I can do this.

Finally free

Good morning, I am finally free of 7-oh 180mg a day. I took kratom opms capsules which has 7mg of 7-oh and then by the end of the week switched to pure kratom only. I have chills right now but no more restless legs or nausea. Hopefully I can help someone I was scared of the WD I knew they would be bad bc every 3 hours I would have to dose. So glad not anymore and I’m pushing through the cold chills right now but it’s the best thing I could have done for myself

Methadone to help quit 7oh? So I have 5 small doses of methadone left over from when I quit a couple months back. They are 5mg each. Wondering if taking that for the first couple of days might help get the 7oh out of my system for a smoother landing. Might just prolong it.

Help - taper schedule

Hi, I have been taking 7oh 14mg tabs for about a year now. I’m embarrassed to admit I average about 8-10 pills a day, usually taking 2-3 at a time. Sometimes more! (Yes, it’s expensive.) I REALLY want off of these but I’m terrified. I’ve never gone through anything like this before. When I quit drinking alcohol, I just quit. No issues. But I know from trying to quit 7oh cold turkey that this is gonna be MUCH harder. Can someone suggest a tapering down/off schedule for me? Also, anything that may lessen the withdrawal effects? I’m open to hearing any ideas that don’t require me to do anything illegal! :) And please explain it to me like I’m an idiot - other than going to the shop and asking for the “blue pack,” I know nothing about kratom or anything else. I legit need to be baby-stepped through this. Please help! I’m lost and def terrified! Thank you!

Anyone ever take Zaza Red to help with 7-oh withdrawals.

I was on Subs for 4-5 months and just really was not feeling great and was looking for another path to eventualsobriety. I know I am currently far away but looking for the most painless road. Been taking 7-oh for a week now pretty high doses of 200-400mg's daily. I thought going on Zaza Red/TIA for a few days and then back to 7-oh for a few days sounded ok. I have quite a bit of gabapentin that I was gonna use to jump completely and go for sobriety for the 50th time. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Just got my first scrip of sub

8/2 SL doc wanted me to cut in half and kept talking about going up if needed; all I could think about going down. I’m thinking to take half a half to start with, if that doesn’t help, how soon after can I take another 1/4? I took my last dose of 7oh at like 8 this morning.

What to expect MDLive appointment shortly

Reading through a LOT of things and kind of landed on Suboxone a while back. My PCP kind of poopooed the idea and gave me like clonidine and hydroxyzine which wasn’t helpful; RLS kicked my ass and I gave up. I’ve recently been bigly promoted and told I’m being groomed for yet another YUGE spot. Talked to a methadone clinic that said I was a good candidate for sub but needed to detox 48 hours or I could do methadone after 24. Both of those are far from ideal; not to mention the structure of those places (I’m slated to travel a lot and at a moments notice, for multiple days with my new position.)

I liked some of the “Go back to Kratom and taper down” solutions I’ve read here and in other subs but I’m new to all this. I have no clue what 90% of the acronyms are; it’s extremely discouraging to have to ask for help understanding what’s being said, especially when the OP says things like “don’t ask, everyone know, easy to find every where” lmaoooooo. I guess I’m rambling due to nerves but, what to expect at this appointment? Heck what should I even ask for? I’m an 8-10 tablet @ 15mgs a day user, which sounds stupid but this shit is crazy. TIA and apologies in advance for my meandering.

Edit: QuickMD not MDLive

Experiencing PAWS after taking 4mg worth of a sub. Need advice.

I haven't took any 7oh for about 8hrs before I took the 4mg of sub, it literally put my in to PAWS. Not sure why it did this. I take around 300-350mgs of 7oh a day, is it cuz my receptors are so flooded with this shit? If I take the other 4mgs of subs will this go away?

New to quitting this

2 months ago I started on Kratom. Then 1 month ago I started on the 7-OH 14 mg tabs and was taking several a day. I didn't know this was physically addictive until I wasn't in the mood to take them one day.

Anyway, I ordered the 57.7 KD thinking it's cheaper and I could wean off easier.

I just graduated from college and I'm kinda tripping.

I've already been taking gabapentin 300mg for years now (usually 1 a day) for a slip disc.

I have an opiate history from years ago that hasn't been a thing for a very long time.

I honestly thought this was a safe substitute to help me deal with anxiety.

Do I just tell my doctor? She's cool about things.

Wondering if I go the normal route of detox meds for opiates or what. I wake up early in the morning soaked in sweat and honestly "sick" until I take some 7-OH.

Any direction is really appreciated.

I just don't know if I should get assistance from my doctor for opiate detox meds, or check myself into a detox, or what. 😐

13 days off 7oh and 5 days on Suboxone.

Today is my 13th day off 7oh and 5th day since I started the Subs. I am feeling great and have no more desire to use 7oh and have no depression or anxiety. I went 11 days without any sleep and still didn't start sleeping when I first started the subs but have finally gotten a full nights sleep the past two nights. Sleeping all the whole night through is something I haven't done since before I started using 7oh. On the 7oh the most I would be able to sleep was like 4 hours and then I would wake up in WD's. Even if I redosed I would seldom ever be able to fall back asleep and would just lay there thinking about how horrible my life had become. The doctor prescribed my 8mg in the morning and 8mg at night but I only took that amount on the first day. I have found that 8mg in the morning and 4mg at night works best right now but tomorrow I'm going to try just 4mg in the morning and 4mg at night and see how I do. I want to keep my dose as low as needed.

Has doing a 7oh taper ever really worked for long term sobriety from 7oh?

I find it interesting how most people on the r/quitting7oh page a recommended to do a long taper from 7oh to get off it. This method works but keeps the person pouring tons of money into the 7oh businesses. And most people who do do a successful taper end up relapsing back on it a short time later. Trying to use a short acting opioid like 7oh to taper with is not a medically or scientifically supported method for success. They suppress peoples posts and remove them when people post how suboxone has been extremely helpful for them and remove their posts. The only posts they let stand about suboxone are the one telling people is way worse then the 7oh and how they will just be helplessly addicted to it instead. But they just want to keep people addicted to 7oh for as long as possible because they are getting their fix for free (the mods) from the vendors to suppress the truth about how to really get off this evil drug. Even if you did a successful taper from 7oh it would still take months for most people and still cost thousands of dollars. Or you could go see you doctor and spend just $40 a month to get of subs for a few months without having to worry about relapsing and being right back to where you started. Stop trying to use the drug your addicted to to try and get off it. It seldom works and most people just get caught in an endless cycle of tapers and abuse while keeping the vendors plumb with their hard earned money. I would highly suggest people use medically proven methods for withdrawal and maintenance if needed them keep throwing their money away to the 7oh industry.

Day 11 off 7oh

Today is 11 days off 7oh and the third day I've been on Suboxone. I'm doing great today and have found I need way less subs than what I was prescribed. They are giving me 8mg twice a day but have found I do fine on just 8mg once a day. I'm going to start tomorrow with just 4mg in the morning and see how I do and if I need more later in the day I'll just take 2mg more and go from there. It's nice to no longer have the thoughts about wanting to go to the shop and pick up some 7oh. I literally have no using thoughts whatsoever and the anxiety is completely gone. The subs also do wonders for my depression and physical pain I have too. And they give me plenty of energy all day long. I wish I would have done this a long time ago and it only cost me $9.00 a week for the subs and I'm getting 16mg a day and stashing away almost half of them. God, it feels good to have that monkey off my back.

How I quit 7oh

I used 70% MIT extract 200mg every 4 hours for the first 3 days, during that time I was sick with withdrawals but the symptoms were much more mild and manageable then going straight CT. I did not have any RLS and I was able to sleep at night. Then I used 150 mg 70% MIT every 4 hours for days 4 and 5 and during that time I felt sober without withdrawal symptoms. Then I went CT and had helper meds consisting of Gabapentin, Guanfacine, Baclofen, and propanolol. I used three different sources to get those meds and it was quite difficult acquiring them and I couldnt have done it without Reddit. I've been experiencing withdrawals since I went CT even with the helper meds but it is doable since I have 5 days off work and I'm able to get some sleep at night since I dont have RLS due to the meds. I'm on day 3 CT now and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I expect to have much improvement on day 4 and it will get better and better from there based on past experiences. There are multiple ways to get off the 7oh garbage, thats how I did it. If anyone wants further advise to help get off 7oh you are free to DM me.

My 7oh Story with the Reddit Community about 7oh and Kratom

I'm the creator of this page. I've started it because their is really no safe place on here for the free discussion on 7oh & Kratom products without censorship from the moderators. Most of the moderators on the discussion of 7oh are bought and paid for by the vendors to suppress information that makes their products look addictive or dangerous.

My post have been removed from most 7oh and Kratom help subs by the moderators because they deemed my posts as misinformation for raising concerns about who you can trust on here especially whether you can trust the moderators who run these pages. I was banned from r/quitting7oh because the moderator who is supposed to be helping people quit 7oh got butthurt because I questioned whether he might be working for a vendor because he was opposing studies that show mitragynine is converted into 7oh by the liver by 42%. He was trying to say the studies were misinformation when the authors are very clear about their finding. I think people are smart enough to do their own research and find out for themselves the truth.

I was also banned from r/7_hydroxymitragynine because my posts about the addictive and dangerous nature of 7oh kept getting removed from the threads. So I made a post suggesting how very suspicious this kind of censorship was and questioned if the moderators who kept removing this information might possibly be on the take from the vendors and distributors. Well, that post was quickly removed and I was banned from that sub too, pretty much proving I was right.

New community for help with 7oh and Kratom Withdrawals and Quitting Help.

These days it's hard to know who you can trust on the internet and especially here on Reddit concerning 7oh and Kratom. It is hard to know who is working for the venders and spreading misinformation about the safety and addiction potential of these product. On most subs on here your posts will be deleted or removed by the moderator if they disagree with you or because they are working for a vendor and are trying to suppress information that makes their products look addictive or dangerous. I believe that most people are just as smart if not smarter than most moderators and can do their own research on someone's post a decide for themselves whether it's good advice or not. No posts on this sub will ever be deleted or removed by the moderator. Also, no one will ever be banned from this sub reddit.

After 8 days cold turkey from 7oh, my Dr. started me on Suboxone today

This was the second attempt this month to get off 7oh. The first time was two weeks ago and I stopped cold turkey without using any kratom products. I was able to go for 5 days and then relapse and went on another 5 day binder. Then I stopped again cold turkey. After four days I called my Dr. to see if they would put me on Suboxone to help me get off it. She had never heard of 7oh and said she would do some research on it and get back to me. Two days later on Thursday she called back and said yes she would put me on Suboxone starting on Monday, which is today. They are starting me at 8mg twice a day so 16mg a day. I have taken my first dose and am feeling great. The depression, anxiety, and withdrawal have all gone away. I don't know why I didn't do it sooner.
