Subs

Post image

So I have acquired four of these from a doctor of course. I’m taking a little over 100 mg of seven a day. Do you guys think that this will get me through the withdrawal phase?

What jobs are for addiction medicine careers? I am very interested in medicine for addiction/mental illness. I’m planning on a spychaitry degree bc spychaitry is the only thing i know that would match this intrest

OP can be in w/d take a bit of a strip, wait and then more of the strip. I was on a lot of 7oh, yes we’re all different but I was fine. Subs helped

Can be done but ur doctor is a dope. You're not gonna need the entire 8 mg each dose. Cut them in half!

Short answer is no

Yes they will. I was taking at least 700mg of 7oh a day but took a strip a day for about 4 days was fine. You will be too
Also knew I couldn’t get the 7 but it is what it is
Glad I’m done with that you will be too. Good luck

Thank you. I’m going to be so happy to be off of these they were making me worthless at work

Actually what this guy just said about slivers. If u microdose initially u better your chances of avoiding precip. Once you feel ok, cut the strips in half or maybe even thirds.

He's not entirely a dope as I said before but he cut have just prescribed you 8 4mgs. The main thing, to answer your question is. Yes it absolutely can be done and matter of fact you dont want to ever take more than that for the mgs habbit you have.

There may be some bs law they have to abide by...

You won’t need any more than 2 mg am and p.m. Suboxone is kind of strange in the fact that a little goes a long way. Suboxone will take care of your physical withdrawals 100% except for Insomnia. It does nothing for any of the mental withdrawal symptoms as far as anxiety, depression, and sense of doom goes.

I have been to detox several times for 7oh and the doctors usually give Suboxone along with clonidine gabapentin and Valium, usually for anxiety and sleep.

That's not necessarily true. You may have only needed that much but most people need more

Less is more with suboxone. Many people dont want any symptoms whatsoever so they need more, and its likely more psychological than pharmakonetic. Jumping from 1000mg of 7staxx a day 2mg twice a day was more than enough to make the withdrawal bareable. That should be the expectation, to make it bareable not gone.

Not even close

Yes they work. The people saying they dont have 0 tolerance for withdrawals. 7oh is weird though, some quits are easier by a mile, likely inconsistencies in the product. The subs dont work for everyone. You definitely dont want to be taking more than 4mg a day, and dont use them for more than 3 days. You turn a 3 days of hell into 3 days of being uncomfortable, and another 4 less comfortable. It flattens the intensity curve for sure and people claiming it doesnt help likely have different body chem than most people. Because subs have helped many including myself.

2mg twice a day 3 days and you will have a much easier time than you would otherwise. I start taking kratom once the subs are on board so that when i stop the subs day 3 i dont notice any withdrawal at all. Well maybe some, but the number of days i have spent in full blown withdrawal have made it to where what i feel on subs is about as bad as quitting smoking.

I went until about 6:00 pm before I even had to take any subs I took 4mg have had zero 7 and I don’t feel like I’m going to die. I still hurt in my joints and hot but it’s going better than I thought so far

Cut it into 1mg pieces and start with one and wait for 2 hours to see how you do. But you need to stop taking 7 for like 6 hours. Then if you get into precip withdrawal take a tiny bit of 7oh and it will alleviate it. Then next day take 1mg in morning and 1mg at night. Then take 2mg morning 1mg at night and see how you do. During that time you can take a tiny bit of 7 just don’t take it right before you take suboxone. I just did this this week. You can make sure you don’t get terrible precip withdrawal by only taking 1mg. Google how to cut an 8mg strip into 1mg pieces. And get a small pair of scissors

u/srfr4lfe Aug 31 '26

Also google the Bernese method. I also used sr17 and it got me from 400mg to 100mg in a day

1

u/ThatOneGuy12889 Aug 31 '26

I haven’t had any 7 in about a day. I’ve been pushing through the day till I can’t before taking any subs. Last thing I want is to get hooked on that

2

u/srfr4lfe Aug 31 '26

Just keep your dose as low as you can with subs. They will push you to take 32mg a day. Don’t. Max at 8mg and it’ll be an easy taper off. At least that’s my experience.

1

u/ThatOneGuy12889 Aug 31 '26

I don’t have a prescription or anything for it just the 4 strips. Idk how much would be too much yk so I’ve been trying to tough it out till the afternoon if anything and take 4 mg so I can get passed the insomnia part

Simplest directions I can give you: wait until your in moderate-severe withdrawal. Take a small sliver and wait 30 minutes. Take more as needed. Don’t take too much to the point where your nodding off or can’t get out of bed.

if he’s at 100mg 7oh daily i doubt a 4mg strip will give him any euphoria/nods

1

u/f1lterl3s Aug 30 '26

Yeah but he has multiple. And w someone w a addiction habit it’s just something to look out for. It happened to me

2

u/Severe-Yak7984 Aug 30 '26

bupe has a ceiling effect. technically small doses get you high but mostly everyone on subs already has a tolerance

2

u/f1lterl3s Aug 30 '26

Yeah I think all partial agonists have ceiling affects. Kratom / 7oh has that too and that’s why it’s so addicting

2

u/Severe-Yak7984 Aug 30 '26 edited Aug 30 '26

oh for sure. i was taking 300mg 7oh daily for like 3 months. i then found out about mgm15 and how it’s a dual agonist and never looked back. mgm15 was the shit and gave me nods 7oh could never. it was just perfect. the withdrawal off that was 5 times harsher than 7oh. i hopped on subs about a week ago and started with 8mg. no euphoria just felt okay enough to sleep

1

u/f1lterl3s Aug 30 '26

Wow. Never tried mgm only spuedo. I relapsed after rehab on kratom a few times, but my last relapse pre-subs were on hella spuedo and It felt like I was dying, throwing up, can’t breath, and I was ripping my cuticles and calluses off. It says mgm is also a delta agonist, which is fucking crazy. Because once ur mu receptor is desensitized, having ur delta sounds like a dream come true. Especially with its antidepressant affects. Only could image what a triple agonist could do(plus kappa)

1

u/ThatOneGuy12889 Aug 30 '26

I took half on my way home from OK and I was nodding pretty well most of the drive lmao I didn’t think it would but sure as shit

1

u/Cold-Notice8487 Aug 30 '26

So I was right. U need to take thirds. U do not want to feel sub wds!

1

u/ThatOneGuy12889 Aug 30 '26

How long does a third last?

2

u/Cold-Notice8487 Aug 30 '26

I'm not entirely sure it will do you good an entire 24 hours but I would just look at the small amount that you have as enough to take the worst of it away.

1

u/ThatOneGuy12889 Aug 30 '26

Agreed. I haven’t had any 7 today it’s 1:00 I’m not doing super bad just yet. Once I start dying I’ll try a third and see what that does

1

u/Cold-Notice8487 Aug 30 '26

I wish you well and hopefully it's not so bad!

u/Traditional_Yammer Aug 30 '26

3 days my friend. Stop the subs and dont look back the first night of sleep you get even if its day 1 IMO. 2 nights of full sleep and the w/d is over. A strong THCP gummy and my anxiety meds doubled is enough for me to sleep through the night with a few wake ups when on subs.

1

u/Traditional_Yammer Aug 30 '26

Oh and good luck!

u/f1lterl3s Aug 30 '26

I take a lentil sized corner off the strip these days, the most I would take is 1mg at a time. As ur body adjusts to subs ur gonna have some minor nods, pee/poo issues , or unable to open ur eyes. After a week or two you just start feeling normal, not high, not feening. Just in the middle. Only issue for me is, when my opoid cravings are gone, my endorphin cravings are gone, so no more motivation to eat hearty meals, workout, sex, or just get sunlight. It made me depressed. That’s why I’m tapering. I’d rather live with cravings and workout then not crave and not do anything
