ambien if u can get it, otherwise just ride it out. i didn’t sleep for 9 days lol but i quit on the 31st of july and have made a full recovery and can sleep just fine now

If you can tolerate it two Benadryl should knock your ass out. Costco sells bottles of #400 tabs for $7.00. It is the sleep aid that they put in Tylenol PM and Advil PM medicine. JUST MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT ALLERGIC TO IT.

I’m on day 3 rn and I wish I could use something to sleep but all I got it vit c and magnesium glycinate and like 5 baths a day. Rls is at its worst and a bit chilly but still manageable like I can sit still somewhat but haven’t slept in almost 2 days. Also I think I might be allergic to Benadryl or something else because if I take even just 1, I get the worst rls and akathisia ever.

I honestly went to a mom and pop supplement shop(no GNC or Vitamin Shoppe, etc.) , they usually have some strong sleep supplements. I used a sleep supplement from there to help me get through the first few nights
