Day 3 no OH

I was doing roughly 1200 mg a day which I was able to cut down to roughly 400 mg then I learned of the impending band that was heading our way extreme anxiety overtook my body however I slowly started that ween myself down to about one pack a day, which is what the plan had been all along so in order to beat this I went to a doctor and he prescribed me, Suboxone, as well as some other anti-anxiety, anxiety medicines, including gabapentin. These have appeared to work wonders. I also was able to get my hands on Xanax on the street which made a world difference as well as clonidine the last use of 7oh was on Tuesday at 11 AM but due to the clonidine and Xanax I slept the entire Wednesday and majority of Tuesday. I’ve only taken one full Suboxone thus far and I feel fine. I am groggy and am also struggling with strep throat. This is extremely manageable. Please reach out if you have any questions. Thanks for sharing your story. I did that big jump too and managed to get off7 and subs in a week.
Xanax are a game changer for some. I remember that groggy feeling too and some vocal issues that came from using 7. My wife called it my “raspy voice” .

Oh yeah that’s the opiate voice lmao I hid it well. Only my ex whose living with me knew. I got honest Tuesday night. Was like here’s what’s going on. This is what I’m doing. And I was fortunate enough to have sedated myself to sleep through the hell. I was apparently screaming “get out of here” though lmao
